Streusel filled coffee cake

This is German recipe from Daniel’s grandmother Flickinger (might have been handed down from her mother)

Streudal filling:

Directions:

  • Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Blend in well beaten egg mixed with milk. Pour half batter into well greased pan – 6 X 10. Sprinkle pan with flour

Streudal

  • Sprinkle half of struedal on batter. Pour remaining batter in pan. Sprinkle remaining struedal on top
