Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites - whipped to a stiff peak
- 28 oz sweetened condensed milk - or Cream of Coconut
- 35 oz sweetened coconut - grated
- 2 Tbsp Almond extract - or coconut
- 4 Tbsp Vanilla extract - or coconut
- 2 bags milk chocolate chips
Directions:
- Whip the egg whites. Slowly add everything else. Once it’s all well mixed, spoon onto a GREASED AND FLOURED baking sheet. Bake at 325F for about 15-17 minutes (or until nicely browned around the edges).
