Pam’s Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate chip with a touch of salt on top.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- coarse kosher salt
Directions:
- Cream together 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup brown sugar
- Add 2 tsp vanilla. Add 2 large eggs one at a time
- Combine dry ingredients together: 2 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt
- Add dry ingredients to wet, mix thoroughly. Fold in 12 oz chocolate chips
- Portion in small scoops on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with coarse kosher salt
- Bake at 350F for about 10 min until lightly browned
