Overnight Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
- ½ cup cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3-5 Tbsp maple syrup or agave
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon - optional
- 1 pinch sea salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups light coconut milk - for a creamier texture or unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
Directions:
Prepare the chia seed pudding
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl or container with a lid (quart jar works well). Let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes, stir again, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve
- Divide the chia pudding between 4 serving dishes and top with clementine, nuts, or any other toppings that sound good.
