Pam’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip with a touch of salt on top.

Ingredients:
  

Directions:

  • Cream together 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup brown sugar
  • Add 2 tsp vanilla. Add 2 large eggs one at a time
  • Combine dry ingredients together: 2 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt
  • Add dry ingredients to wet, mix thoroughly. Fold in 12 oz chocolate chips
  • Portion in small scoops on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with coarse kosher salt
  • Bake at 350F for about 10 min until lightly browned
